Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our rental shop at the Saint-Georges Ski Centre.

You should enjoy customer service, be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and be able to handle both busy and quiet periods.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their ski and snowboard equipment rentals.
• Prepare ski packages according to each customer's needs.
• Adjust and calibrate ski bindings according to the training received and established safety procedures.
• Ensure that all rental equipment is appropriate, properly fitted and safe for customers.
• Prepare and organize equipment before handing it over to customers.
• Maintain and update rental records.
• Keep the workspace and equipment clean and well organized.

Required Availability

• Two evenings per week.
• One weekend day.
• Additional daytime and evening availability during the holiday season, school breaks and spring break.

On-Site Training Provided

Training is provided to help you become familiar with the equipment, rental procedures and job responsibilities.

Employment Period

Seasonal position from November to April.
