We offer free shipping within Quebec on orders of $100 or more before taxes, with the exception of certain oversized or specialized items.

Certain exclusions and additional shipping fees may apply depending on the type of product and destination.

Alpine Skis, Snowboards & Cross-Country Skis

Due to their size, fixed shipping fees apply to alpine skis, snowboards, and cross-country skis, even on orders of $100 or more.

Additional shipping fees may apply to certain oversized or specialized items, including kayaks.

If additional fees that were not indicated when you placed your order apply, our team will contact you before shipping your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
• Ontario: 2 to 6 business days
• Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 10 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and periods of high shipping volume.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free.

You can pick up your order at either of our locations:

• Saint-Georges
• Lac-Mégantic

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

Bicycles

Bicycles are available exclusively for in-store pickup and cannot be shipped.

To ensure proper assembly, adjustment, and safety, our team performs a complete inspection before your bicycle is handed over to you.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• new and unused;
• in their original, undamaged packaging;
• accompanied by all original tags;
• accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made in-store or by mail, subject to product availability.

For exchanges made by mail, shipping fees may apply.

If the requested product is no longer available, a refund may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, or in accordance with our suppliers’ policies, the following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Underwear
• Mouthguards
• Personalized products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged Product or Order Error

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
